Submissions of papers on any topic in law and economics are welcome. Following last year's success, we again extend a special invitation to legal scholars to present their law and economics research and discuss it with economists. We encourage submissions by young researchers at the PhD level to present and discuss their work with more experienced scholars.
You need to create an account (or log in using your existing account) with the conference management platform to submit.
The Special Law Track is only available for legal scholars whose work does not fit the typical law-and-economics format (including law-and-econ U.S. law review papers); this could apply to monograph chapters, papers in German (with English abstract), or extended abstracts without a paper (minimum 2 pages).
